Here we are with Week 4 in my Project Life album! Yippee!! Things were still really basic in Week 4. The only PL stuff I had was the Amber Edition Core Kit, My Amber album, and a package of page protectors. I have a lot more to play with these days, and I think I love making my pages more and more every week.
These are some very old foam Thickers, like five years old. There is no stick at all left on these babies. They just rattle around in the bottom of the bag. No worries, though, I just sew these bad boys down. The number four is resting on top of a PTI die cut. I use my card making supplies on every layout.
An Amber Edition card and some patterned paper I don't know about. I stapled that card on. I love my staplers! As you can see, you don't have to have a lot of supplies to have a lot of fun with PL. Most papercrafters already own a lot of things they can use to pretty up their pages, like the leaf border stamp I used above. Who doesn't have a few stamps?
I just cut my own 4 x 6 card out of kraft-it goes with everything. Cardstock, typewriter, picture, adhesive. If you don't have a typewriter, just write out your journaling. I try to write in my album now and then. Not every week, but often enough to put my mark on it!
Not a fun thing to keep- a funeral program. I just slipped it into a pocket.
Project Life has turned me into the kind of person who takes pictures of her food. Embarrassing, but true.
I create picture collages in Picasa all the time. It's a fun way to make sure you get all the pictures possible on a page. Please stop by soon for more Project Life, specifically, Week 5!
