My Favorite Things Hot Stuff Swap

This is one of the two cards I made for the mft swap on SCS. I challenged myself to use the Prima Poetry Collection paper I have had for two years. The paper I scalloped along the bottom is the ugliest designer paper I've ever seen in my life. Why do I have it? It came in my monthly scrapbooking kit from EBBCreations in June 2006. Now, I like EBBCreations just fine, I just hated this sheet of paper! This is a wild mix of paper, but I do that sometimes, it's pretty easy to do as long as you stay in a collection. I have no idea if Prima Marketing is still making DP, or if they decided it would be better for them to stick with the flower business!;) This was their premier collection.

Stuff:
Stamps: MFT Hot Stuff
Paper: Bashful Blue, Whisper White, Pink Passion, Prima Poetry Collection, wc paper
Ink: Versamark, Palette Hybrid Noir
Goodies: Various brads, ribbon, Primas, markers, ep, punches, Magenta Stickles

CUTE card! I haven't jumped onto the MFT bandwagon yet...I love their stuff though! You've done a fabulous job...you were cracking me up about the scalloped piece of dp.

Color combinations are exquisite - really saturated, like a jungle garden, so waxy, glossy ... I like the scalloped edge on the bottom, too.
