Long Eared Bunny

I didn't have time to work with this Creative Play Stamps set before Easter, and I was disappointed because I didn't want to wait a whole year to use it! We have been having some beautiful spring weather, so I thought I would celebrate that with this card. We have both cottontails and jack rabbits in abundance here in the Oklahoma Panhandle, so I see bunnies every day! My base is Chocolate Chip, and the designer paper is retired Spring Flowers from SU! I stamped the bunny in Brilliance Chocolate on Confetti card stock and embossed it with Holographic ep. I sponged some edges, slapped on a ribbon slide and tied a couple of extra pieces of ribbon up in the brown grosgrain and called it done! This was a fun, easy card to make. All ink pads and re-inkers are on sale at Creative Play Stamps for 20% off until May 11th! The Glimmer Mist Sale ends tomorrow...

Carla! This rabbit is how I picture the Velveteen Rabbit, after he comes alive ... wise, a little sad ... what a wondrous card!
