Fresh

So, I made a card today...

I love this set from A Chemistry With Paper. It's called Autumn Picking. I wanted to see if I could make this fall set more summery. It didn't work. I went straight for my favorite three fall colors: dusty green, orange & purple. It looks totally fallish. That's okay, though! I like fall, not as much as I like spring, but I still like it.

I've been on a scrap tear. I'm trying to use up as much as I can. I just hate the thought of packing and moving scraps. I don't think I will. I'll use up what I can and give the rest to my school.

Fall rocks. So do apples. so does the idea of using eyelets AS the embellishment -- I always seem to think if I use eyelets, then I have to thread something through them or attach a charm or some such.

I have never hear of Chemistry with Paper before. Great image and love the card and love the paper with the swirls. Is that stamped? Or scraps from something else? I'm on a scrap thing too. Never thought about donating to the school. Great idea. Thanks!
