Animas River: Priceless

I love this stamp from Creative Play Stamps, it's called Animas River. CPS stamps come naked with free EZMount included in case you want to mount them. They are deeply etched red rubber, and as you can see here, very detailed!

I have been getting some questions about my cards. This happens when I get really lazy and add no details, so I'll try to do better for a few days!

I stamped this image in Memento Tuxedo on a Confetti Kraft tag, and layered it on a More Mustard tag. I grabbed a MM ring and fastened them all together with a Really Rust eyelet. The tag sheets are from SU! They had them years ago, and they were an incredible value! They last forever. I don't need anymore, but it would be cool for others if they brought them back.

Then I stamped again on a piece of Close to Cocoa, mounted that on a piece of Mellow Moss and sewed them together. I mounted the tag on foam on top of that. The designer paper is retired SU! I don't remember the name of it. It's beautiful, but WAY too thin for my tastes. I used an SU! punch to mount the priceless metal tag, and added some Paperbilities square brads. Before I mounted the images, I gave the card a few good shots of Chestnut Brown Glimmer Mist. It's beautiful!!

Hi Carla,
I hadn't checked your gallery for some time and delighted to see you have not lost any of your creativity! This is my first visit to your blog but I have bookmarked it and will be back often. You were the first person to send me a RAK on SCS when you were living in Colorado and I still have the card. Happy stamping.
